Houston – July 31, 2014 – Texas Gulf Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in small and medium-sized businesses, today announced that it has partnered with several Texas-based mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) and business brokerage veterans to establish a new portfolio company, Post Oak Associates, LLC (“Post Oak Associates” or the “Company”), that will provide premium M&A advisory and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses (“SMB’s”).
Post Oak Associates initially will focus on advising SMB’s with at least $1 million but less than $50 million in revenue located in Texas and active in manufacturing, distribution, or services. The Company will serve only a small number of carefully selected clients each year who desire premium, middle-market-quality services for their SMB’s.
